White paper on the development of the Hainan FTP released

On June 20, the Information Office of Hainan Province officially released a white paper on the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP).

According to an official from the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, the white paper mainly discusses policies related to the master plan for the Hainan Free Trade Port issued by the State Council last June, as well as the achievements the Hainan FTP has made over the past year in 11 areas, including convenience in trade, investment, cross-border capital flow, personnel entry & exit, transportation, the secure and orderly flow of data, the modern industrial system, the taxation system, social governance, rule of law, and the risk prevention & control system.

The white paper also contains an appendix recording over 400 key events and the official names of the 135 key policies related to the development of the Hainan FTP over the past year.
