Hainan International Culture and Artworks Exchange Center Opens

The 2021 China Culture and Museum Industry Development Conference kicked off in Haikou on June 19. At the opening ceremony, the Hainan International Culture and Artworks Exchange Center trading system, one of the key pilot projects for the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port, was officially launched.

The Center sets up eight platforms for online international artwork trade, offline artwork business, traceability, finance, big data, arbitration, and logistics, in order to provide services for the entire global culture and artwork industry chain.

At the conference, the Hainan International Culture and Artworks Exchange Center inked agreements with over 10 institutions including the Institute of Software Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The conference was of great importance in promoting Hainan's cultural industry and building a national foreign culture trade base and an international tourism spending center in Hainan, as well as boosting the high-quality development of the digital cultural industry in China.
