Hainan talent recruitment activity to start

On October 21, 2021, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security held a press conference in Beijing for a recruitment activity of the Hainan Free Trade Port. At the press conference, information about the recruitment activity was released. 

The combination online/in-person activity will last from October 2021 to June 2022, focusing on activities such as special promotional meetings and talent seminars in Shanghai, Beijing, and six other cities, inviting college graduates and talent from all sectors of society to participate. 

It aims to recruit all kinds of outstanding, urgently needed talent from around the world, including domestic and international talent, fresh university graduates, and outstanding young talent. The positions being promoted are located in Hainan's universities, research institutes, key laboratories, hospitals, state-owned enterprises, key project platforms, and parks, focusing on the most urgent talent shortages in the Hainan Free Trade Port. 

At the same time, Hainan will also establish a mechanism for the regular announcement of open positions, which will be released once a month to the public. The online recruitment platform will publish information online, facilitate online applications, and provide online lectures, interviews, and other activities, introducing the Hainan Free Trade Port to all kinds of outstanding talent.

The entire recruitment activity will be open to the public on the online recruitment platform www.ihnhr.com. Enterprises will list information on available positions and job seekers can log in to the platform to fill out a resume, and find their desired position online.
