1st offshore bond financing for Hainan FTP key park complete

Haikou Jiangdong New Area Development and Construction Co., Ltd. successfully completed the Hainan FTP’s first offshore bond financing for a key park through Bohai Bank in October this year, achieving a financing scale of over USD 50 million.

Haikou Jiangdong New Area Development and Construction Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company established by the Haikou Jiangdong New Area Administration in July 2020 according to market principles. It is mainly responsible for the development & construction, industrial development, operation management, investment & financing, and system innovation of the Jiangdong New Area.

With the full support of Bohai Bank, the successful completion of the first offshore bond financing transaction in the key park has increased stability for the external financing of the company.
