Hainan Holds FTP Policy Briefing in Shanghai during 4th CIIE

The spokespersons introduced the free trade port policies, the tourism and sports industries and the key industrial parks of Hainan to the participants. They answered questions on investment direction, industrial environment and free trade port policies. 

“We lead the representatives of all cities, counties and industrial parks to make investment promotion every year through such briefings nationwide. Great effects have been made with the attention of more and more enterprises,” said Sun Ying, Director of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports of Hainan Province.

The briefing gathers exhibitors from the 4th CIIE including Fosun Group, Marriott Bonvoy and IHG Hotels & Resorts as well as representatives from over 40 Shanghai enterprises and institutions of tourism, culture and sports. Enterprises said that in the future, they would like to strengthen cooperation with Hainan in the tourism, culture and sports industries, expand their Hainan market, and seek common development with the Hainan Free Trade Port.

William Suen, General Manager of Business Department of Hainan Resort Software Community Group Ltd., said that more than 200 enterprises visit their park and over 20 enterprises settle in their park every day, which reflects the high level of interest by entrepreneurs from all over the country in the Hainan Free Trade Port and their confidence in Hainan’s future development.
