Hainan Key Parks Report 1.35T Yuan of Total Revenue in 2021

In 2021, 11 key parks of the Hainan Free Trade Port achieved a total revenue of over 1.35 trillion yuan, and a number of key parks achieved revenue of over 100 billion yuan.

Last year, 11 key parks of the Hainan Free Trade Port have doubled revenue, achieving operating income of 1.35 trillion yuan, an increase of 134% year-on-year. Among them, the operating income of Yangpu Economic Development Zone exceeded 500 billion yuan. Haikou Jiangdong New Area, Hainan Resort Software Community, Haikou Fullsing Town Industrial Park and Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone achieved revenue of over 100 billion yuan.

Last year, the tax revenue grew rapidly, with 11 key parks of the Hainan Free Trade Port reaching about 58.56 billion yuan, an increase of 47.73% year-on-year, contributing 40.1% of the tax revenue with less than 2% of the province's land area, and the average tax revenue per hectare was about 20,368 yuan, close to the average level of the national economic development zone. Among them, the tax revenue of Yangpu Economic Development Zone exceeded 20 billion yuan, and that of Hainan Resort Software Community was nearly 15 billion yuan.

Effective investment and opening-up has reached a new level. Last year, the 11 key parks had 914 projects of 5 million yuan or more and completed fixed asset investment of about 117.34 billion yuan, up 73.6% year-on-year; and the actual utilization of foreign investment was about 3.2 billion US dollars.
