Jiangdong New Area Welcomes CTLS Aircraft

The low-altitude economy represents a key direction for developing new productive forces and holds immense potential for growth. In recent years, Haikou has continuously strengthened its top-level design and industry planning, refined its policy support and work measures, and actively developed new engines for advanced manufacturing and the low-altitude economy, driving industry innovation and progress.

According to the Haikou Jiangdong New Area Administration, Hainan Jingjia General Aviation Co., Ltd., a Jiangdong New Area-based enterprise, recently successfully received a CTLS aircraft produced by Weixiang Aviation at its Jiazi operation base in Haikou. This marks a new breakthrough in the development of the low-altitude economy in Jiangdong New Area.

Registered in Jiangdong New Area on April 23, 2024, Jingjia General Aviation's main business includes club flight training and tours, private flights, aircraft leasing, and aircraft sales agency. In the future, Jingjia General Aviation plans to expand its fleet, introducing aircraft such as the Cessna 172S, Cirrus SR22, and Schweizer 269C.

"Although we’ve only recently established ourselves in Jiangdong, the fact that we were able to introduce an aircraft in such a short time shows our confidence in the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port and strengthens our determination to explore the low-altitude market in Haikou and across China."

A representative from Jingjia General Aviation stated that the newly introduced CTLS aircraft boasts excellent performance, advanced technology, outstanding short takeoff and landing capabilities, low fuel consumption, high reliability, and ease of maintenance. These features make it suitable for a wide range of general aviation needs, including short-distance travel, aerial sightseeing, aerial photography, and aerial surveying, making it particularly well-suited for operations in Hainan.

"In order to fully leverage the advantages of the CTLS aircraft, we will enhance pilot training to ensure proficient operation and maintenance skills."

The Jingjia General Aviation representative also mentioned that they will strengthen communication and coordination with relevant departments to optimize flight plans and route arrangements, thereby improving flight efficiency and safety. Additionally, Jingjia General Aviation will actively explore collaboration opportunities with the tourism, cultural, and sports industries to develop a diverse range of general aviation products and services.
